Stay Agreement
This agreement governs the relationship between Los Nevados Ecolodge S.A.S. (THE HOST) and the client (THE GUEST) for the provision of tourist accommodation services. Signing this document or paying the deposit constitutes full acceptance of its terms.

📜 Parties to the agreement
Between LOS NEVADOS ECOLODGE S.A.S., NIT 901.913.469-7, RNT 255113, domiciled at Corregimiento de Potrerillos, Gigante, Huila, legally represented by Oscar Javier Rendón Urriago, C.C. 1.075.243.834 (THE HOST); and the individual making the booking (THE GUEST), the following stay agreement is entered into.
FIRST Subject matter
THE HOST undertakes to provide accommodation services to THE GUEST in the cabin/unit indicated in the booking confirmation, for the agreed period and at the total value stated in this agreement. Additional services included in the package (meals, experiences, guides) form part of the subject matter when stated in the booking confirmation.
SECOND Booking, acceptance & deposit
A booking made through any channel carries full legal validity under Law 527 of 1999. Payment of a 50% deposit of the total booking value confirms the reservation and constitutes express acceptance of this agreement and the ecolodge's Cancellation Policy. The balance is due at check-in, before occupying the accommodation.
THIRD Value, payment & penalty clause
The total agreed value is stated in the booking confirmation. If THE GUEST fails to pay the balance at check-in, THE HOST may deny access without obligation to refund the deposit, which shall constitute a penalty clause in favour of THE HOST pursuant to article 1592 of the Civil Code. For unforeseeable extensions, additional days shall be billed at the current rate and must be paid at the start of the extension.
FOURTH Duration & hours
The agreement is valid for the agreed number of nights. Check-in is between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the arrival date. Check-out is at the time agreed at booking. Under no circumstances may the stay exceed 29 consecutive nights. Any extension must be agreed in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
FIFTH Use & coexistence
The accommodation is for tourist use only. THE GUEST undertakes to comply with the Ecolodge's House Rules, which form an integral part of this agreement and will be available on-site at check-in. No unregistered persons may enter without the express authorisation of THE HOST.
SIXTH Special guest obligations
THE GUEST undertakes to: comply with Colombian law, in particular regarding the protection of minors (Laws 679/2001 and 1098/2006) and responsible tourism; not carry out any acts that endanger the infrastructure, wildlife, flora, or other guests; accept financial liability for any damage to furnishings or fittings caused during the stay or by their companions. THE HOST may authorise police or administrative authorities to enter the premises if there is reason to suspect a risk to the property, occupants, or the legality of activities.
SEVENTH Minors
THE GUEST declares that any minors in their party are their children or under their legal guardianship, or that they hold a notarised authorisation from the minors' parents or legal representatives. THE HOST may request proof of this at check-in. In compliance with Law 679 of 2001, any indication of exploitation or abuse of minors will be reported immediately to the competent authorities.
EIGHTH Force majeure & acts of God
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance caused by a duly evidenced force majeure event or act of God (natural disaster, road closure by authority, health emergency, or government order). The affected party must notify the other within 24 hours of becoming aware, with supporting documentation. In such cases, the rescheduling or refund policy set out in the Commercial Terms shall apply.
NINTH Lost or forgotten property
Los Nevados Ecolodge S.A.S. is not responsible for personal items left behind or lost on the premises. Found items will be held for a maximum of 30 calendar days. THE GUEST must claim them via reservas@econevados.com or WhatsApp +57 314 263 0798. After that period, the ecolodge may donate or dispose of them without liability.
TENTH Personal data
Data provided in this agreement will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy & Personal Data Management of Los Nevados Ecolodge S.A.S., available at www.econevados.com/en/privacy-policy, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees.
ELEVENTH Enforceable title
This agreement, together with proof of payment for the service, constitutes an enforceable title pursuant to article 422 of the General Procedural Code, for the monetary obligations stated herein.
TWELFTH Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the parties agree to exhaust the following mechanisms in order: (1) direct complaint to the ecolodge; (2) out-of-court mediation in Gigante or Neiva, Huila; (3) complaint to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Law 1480 of 2011); (4) ordinary legal action.
THIRTEENTH Jurisdiction & applicable law
The parties expressly submit to the ordinary courts of the Republic of Colombia, with jurisdiction in the municipality of Gigante, department of Huila, and to applicable Colombian law.
